Meet Rose
I’m Rosie Carlson, founder of Cultivate with Rose, LLC. With over a decade of experience in education leadership, coaching, and organizational strategy, I’ve supported leaders at every level to grow with intention, lead with clarity, and act with courage.
I started this work because I believe leadership is about service — and with the right tools, support, and reflection, every leader can thrive. My background includes executive coaching, leadership development, instructional design, and systems transformation in both education and non-profit spaces. I hold a Doctorate in Education, and I’m passionate about helping people see their own brilliance — and use it to lead change.
When I’m not coaching or facilitating, you can find me cheering on my kids at dance and baseball or finding quiet joy in nature.
